南洋炭烧咖啡乌 Nanyang Charcoal Kopi O )

现今，在马来西亚喝咖啡已是人民的日常生活习惯。
所谓咖啡乌是马来语 KOPl O 的音译。Kopi 就是英语 Coffee，O 就是代表乌黑的意思。也就是黑咖啡，然而它只是看起来黑，其实加了白糖，更正确的是说是加糖不加奶的咖啡。
在马来西亚这种喝法叫”咖啡乌”，有咖啡工艺师父把咖啡乌也称为”焦糖咖啡”是马来西亚独特的咖啡特产之一。

Coffee is the fastest growing beverage in the world. In Malaysia, breakfast with coffee is very popular and forms a habit amongst the young and old.
